We are looking for a Client Services Associate to join our Client Services team in São Paulo.

The Client Services Associate aims to support the Account Manager team and the needs of WGSN's Clients in Brazil. The main function will be to help maximize the WGSN client experience through flawless execution of client support and anticipating possible risks. Our clients are companies in various segments such as: Fashion, Beauty, Interiors, Food, Drink and Technology.
**Responsibilities**:
Assisting Account Managers in servicing a portfolio of clients (between 150 and 200 accounts), providing support for operational and strategic activities
Developing and delivering trend presentations based on WGSN content
Leading technical and strategic meetings with clients
Monitoring and analyzing client access to the platform
Engaging clients with WGSN's platform and content through proactive contact
Ensuring that monthly and quarterly targets are met in order to guarantee subscription renewals
Meeting demands from other internal areas, including Marketing, Sales and Content
Identify opportunities in current processes to improve customer services' ability to provide exceptional support
