You'll have a hands-on role designing, developing, debugging, and deploying software solutions where you can leverage your experience and knowledge. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Here's what you can expect on a typical day: Scrums. We'll start each day with a scrum, working together to understand responsibilities, ID any issues, and communicate coding priorities; Coding. Working in week sprints, you must keep up with timelines and good coding standards. Your primary responsibility is to deliver features on time; Continuous Learning. We're always learning new approaches, and you are comfortable learning as you go to find solutions; Support. You're working on products currently in use. You will act as a point of contact for one day/week, supporting your clients for any urgent issues that require resolution. You'll start those days with your regular work activity but will have to switch gears to a support role as needed throughout your assigned support day. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL NEED TO: Have Intermediate English proficiency or higher; Have previous experience with any programming language (preferably Python and/or Javascript); Have previous experience with backend development (API Restful and integration); Have knowledge of payroll systems and HR routines.
