The role will be key in generating and driving financial changes which contribute to a continue scalable and profitable business Key Areas of Duties and Responsibility The key aspects of the role include (but not limited to) proactively working with business leaders, country management, and CFO: Drive business financial performance Strategic commercial finance input to support investment and management decisions that are financially compelling Undertake financial analysis to provide insights and foresights to businesses Defined Business Finance Performance dashboards and KPIs Ad Hoc Financial Analysis and Projects including Due Diligence, financial analytics and financial modelling to support raising "Capital for growth" Own and drive the annual budgeting for major market's annual budgeting, forecasting, monthly management P&L and Executive Management Reporting Pack: Monitor and maintain a robust finance management reporting & analytics function from reporting, budgeting, forecasting and project management.
Refinement and ensured compliance of a robust budgeting and forecasting governance & process, and the tools/systems to support this.
Monthly Financial Reporting & Business Performance Review Quarterly Forecasting and Monthly Rolling Forecasting Support and work closely with Group Financial Controller, Finance Accounting Teams and Finance teams in Global Services Centre (GSC Finance) Qualities & Requirements Certified Financial Analyst, degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
Candidate with exposure in strategy, financial analysis would be an advantage.
