Associate Director of Marketing Performance ManagementAs part of EF Educational Tours Marketing, the Associate Director of Marketing Performance Management is responsible for providing solutions and services that support marketing's ability to gain access to insights, analyze data, make predictions, and help optimize marketing programs. The ideal candidate has strong marketing acumen and excellent analytical, communication, reporting, presentation, and storytelling skills. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for solving problems, performing spend optimization, and helping deliver insights and ideas that contribute to growth efforts. Your impact Have the drive to discover and share areas of opportunity or focus through easily digestible and consumable presentations to leadership.Collaborate with decision-makers to understand objectives and goals to provide scalable self-service reporting solutions where necessary.Assist in enabling channel owners and their teams to align on measurement objectives, KPIs, and strategy for growth.Ability to synthesize channel metric performance and projection forecasting.Work closely with channel and metric owners to identify industry and internal benchmarks to ultimately help set goals to measure success and growth efforts.Communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).Identify trends, projections, and forecasts to influence proactive data-driven decision making.Champion the initiative to build a wholistic picture of campaign performance using results from all integrated channels.Establish ongoing communication streams across the department to collect contextual information and feedback as well as ensure transparency on performance.Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.Who you are Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience5+ years of Marketing Data Analytics experienceStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills a mustExperiential knowledge within direct marketing and digital channels (i.e., Direct Mail, Paid Digital, Email, Web)Proven ability to extract and manipulate raw data to generate insightful information (i.e., Pivot tables, functions, formulas)Ability to extract, transform and load data from SQL server & Snowflake environments.Proficiency in developing dashboards within a data visualization tool (i.e., PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio, GA)Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oralSuperior interpersonal skills a mustDesired Characteristics Executive presence and comfort interacting with VP and DirectorsSolid business acumen to understand marketing, sales, and finance objectivesSelf-directed with a positive attitude to continuously improveMotivated to network both internally and externally
