**Responsibilities**:
Answering the most common questions, providing basic information about the services.
Diagnose and analyze problems.
Requests lifecycle management, issues escalation to appropriate system engineers.
Management of customer expectations in relation to estimated response times for problem resolution.
Incident recording.
User account management.
Mobile device management.
Solve technical and software problems described in TS manuals.
Review access to controlled systems.
Perform software installations.
Operating system formatting and installation
Asset inventory management (sending and receiving equipment).

Remote user support.
