**About You and this Role**
As an Associate FP&A Analyst you will have the opportunity to help us build Finance Forecasts, participate in our Budgeting process and act as an "in-house" finance advisor for our various Departments. This is an exciting role that will provide a broader view of our Company's operations and allow you to fully understand how we operate and how this translates into our finance KPIs.
**Key Objectives**
- Tracking, analyzing and evaluation of financial activities;
- Generating and updating financial reports for departmental heads;
- Assessing the return on investment (ROI) of current assets and investments;
- Analyzing ratios like debt-to-equity and interest coverage to assess overall financial health;
- Identifying opportunities for cost-cutting;
- Recognizing financial and operational risks, and
- Providing financial planning advice to senior management and stakeholders.
**Required Qualifications**
- Degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Suite
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Willingness to work in a fast paced hands on environment is key!
- Strong analytical skills to look "beyond spreadsheets"
- Previous experience with BI Tools such as Tableau and Power BI is a differential
