Why this role is important to us? The Associate Integration Services Engineer is an entry-level technical position within Infobip Integrations Engineering. The role works under the supervision of a mentor and senior team members and is primarily focused on learning how to design, develop, and integrate custom solutions for customers and Infobip products.
You will learn how to be a tech-savvy engineer skilled with coding, database, cloud solutions, and networking.
Responsibilities: Assist the team in providing custom Integration Services to new and existing customers.Help design custom solutions and define low-level solution integration requirements.Develop customizations and integrate Infobip Products with the clients' systems (in-house solutions, APIs, cloud platforms, SaaS, and others).Participate in meetings with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into functional designs.Act as 3rd line support for custom solutions and integrations.Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction during integration projects.Qualifications: You are the right person for us if you have: Basic experience with REST and SOAP API development.Fundamental knowledge in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or Groovy.Understanding of network communication protocols like HTTP or SMPP.Understanding the basic concepts of XML, JSON, and SFTP.You are constantly learning and challenging yourself about new technologies and use cases from different industries.You speak English fluently and can communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues alike.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and patience.It's a plus if you have: Basic experience with cloud hosting solutions such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.Basic experience with SQL databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, and others.Experience in system integration and solution design.Experience with basic system and network troubleshooting.Infobip employees are people with diverse backgrounds, characteristics, and experiences that share the same passion and talent that helps us achieve our mission.
