Do not miss the opportunity to make a lasting impact with us!WORK ENVIRONMENTWe are an in-office culture with a general work schedule of 8:00am – 5:00pm.Our dress code and appearance policy reflect our commitment to professionalism and our dedication to maintaining a premier standard as a homebuilder.Prior managerial reference checks, background check and a pre-employment drug screen are required steps in our hiring process.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in site feasibility studies.Apply for and secure permits for single-family site development.Support the Land Acquisition Team by evaluating property search criteria and organizing pertinent property findings.Assist with additional Land Development projects as needed.Collaborate with the Land Acquisition Team to review property search criteria and organize relevant property results.JOB REQUIREMENTS1-3 years of relevant experience with some college (preferably in engineering, business, land use planning, or related field).Familiarity with land use planning and entitlement processes.Skilled in reading and understanding engineering plans and utility layouts.Experience in developing and managing project budgets.Knowledgeable with Stormwater/Grading permits, CSWGP and/or 1200C Permits is beneficial, but not required.Strong organizational skills with a reliable approach to meeting deadlines.Ability to work well as part of a team.Motivated, results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to taking initiative.Competent in computer software such as Word, Adobe, Outlook, and Excel; experience with Project Management software is advantageous.
