Fluency in English is essential due to our increasing engagement in cross-border transactions. Key Responsibilities Advanced financial modeling, with experience in complex transactions. Conduct research and analysis of companies, markets, and sectors across diverse geographies. Collect and manage data to create robust analyses and presentations. Support the senior team in preparing and reviewing documents (contracts, terms, memos, etc.). Guide and review the work of interns, trainees, and analysts, contributing to team development. Support interactions with clients and manage deal processes and related operational activities. Requirements BA/BS required; post-graduate degree or specialization is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Investment Banking/M&A (CVs without this criterion will not be considered). Strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven multitasking ability. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team culture. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is desirable. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
