**Responsibilities**:
- Acting as a trusted partner to the Services Brazil business by listening, proposing and guiding the business to strengthen its People & Culture processes and initiatives.
- Effective and efficient management of People & Culture processes supporting business needs.
- Reviewing organizational needs and providing best P&C solutions based on corporate guidelines and functional and business unit tactical plans
- Workforce planning, business unit organisation, and people review support.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely recruitment and onboarding, employee services, employee development, etc.
- Handle blue collar recruitment, skill development, grievance redressals, disciplinary procedures, employee committees, development.
- Act as a supporting partner in employees' requests and needs, also with GPS collaboration.
- Ensure labor and related compliance for Brazil employees.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor in Business Administration,
- Industrial Engineering or equivalent with minimum 5 years' experience.
- Union relations is necessary.
- HR Business Partnering
- Labour laws and compliance
- Advanced english skills
- Deseable Spanish
