The ideal candidate is self-driven, curious, has great problem-solving skills, and wants to pursue a career in Product Management.WHAT YOU WILL DOUnderstand the needs of our internal and external DTC customers and the business, coordinating the efforts of a team of developers to deliver solutions that are valuable and viable.Help coordinate the DTC team ceremonies (kickoffs, refinements, plannings, dailies, etc.).Write requirements and collaborate with our design and engineering team to finalize the scope of new or updated features.Collaborate with the product design team on product discovery activities, including user research, prototyping, and testing, ensuring a seamless and user-centric product development approach.Coordinate product releases and drive activities for product adoption such as training, documentation, and product support for Sales and Customer Success.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEHighly organized and self-motivated professional with a keen desire to learn and capable of working in a global technology environment.Solid problem-solving skills to accurately identify, analyze, and address relevant issues, ensuring effective solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.2+ years of experience within the digital marketing and/or retail industries.Proven experience in the creation, management, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns in Google/Bing.WHILE NOT REQUIRED, IT'S AN ADDED PLUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:Hands-on experience with SQL, coupled with the skill to write queries to confirm assumptions and discoveries.Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).Experience with Google Analytics.Experience working with Meta or TikTok.BENEFITS:The opportunity to join an international team!Paid leave on US holidays, and paid time off.Periodical additional payouts (based on each semester's team goals).If you reach this point, we hope you're feeling excited about the job description.
