Sobre a Vaga: O Assistente de Compras trabalhará em uma área estratégica na HDB, onde irá contribuir diretamente com a melhoria na eficiência, produtividade e performance dos processos de aquisição de itens indiretos e diretos.
Principais Responsabilidades: Comprar os itens de MRO para o site e todos os itens JIT.
Solicitar e suportar todos os processos de Contrato.
Gerenciar todas as documentações e processos de ISO relacionados a área de Compras.
Garantir o atingimento dos KPIs de Compras.
Realizar a manutenção de Cadastro de Fornecedores.
Identificar melhorias e simplificações nos processos.
Requisitos e Qualificações: a. Graduado ou finalista em curso superior de: Administração, Contabilidade ou Economia.
b. Experiência na área de Compras.
c. Inglês Intermediário.
d. Conhecimento nos programas Power Business Intelligence (PBI) e Excel Avançado.
e. Trabalhar com a filosofia de melhoria contínua.
f. Saber trabalhar em equipe e ser proativo.
