Pixels 360 is looking for a dynamic Associate Project Manager (APM) to assist in overseeing the development of websites, web apps, and infrastructure projects.
We're in search of someone enthusiastic and well-versed in the digital landscape and its opportunities.
The APM will play a key role in guiding web and web-app projects through their lifecycle, collaborating with the Engineering team, and managing a range of client requests, SEO-related tasks, and system analysis.
If you're excited by variety and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
About You: You're either a recent graduate or have a few years of professional experience under your belt.
You have exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are top-notch.
You maintain a positive attitude and can stay calm and professional under pressure.
Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field—or a BSc with a technical background, and you're eager to leverage it in a project management role—or have equivalent practical experience.
You have a strong passion for technology and the digital landscape, and you enjoy collaborating with engineers and creative teams.
You bring practical knowledge of digital marketing, including experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and SEO strategies.
What You'll Do: You'll have direct contact with clients and other stakeholders, requiring fluency in English and experience communicating regularly via Zoom and phone.
You'll be responsible for taking detailed notes during meetings and collaborating with Project Managers and the Engineering team to ensure all internal and external action items are tracked and completed.
You excel at follow-up, keeping projects moving forward, and managing up to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
You're always ready with clear and informed answers for the many questions posed by internal stakeholders, driven by a strong sense of urgency.
You skillfully balance staying organized in the details without getting bogged down, consistently providing updates on tasks and project progress to your colleagues.
Nothing escapes your attention, and you make sure to track down all the answers.
You have the awareness to recognize what you don't know, understanding that this role involves both learning and recognizing your own limits.
As a fast learner, you quickly adapt and absorb valuable knowledge.
Always a step ahead, you anticipate potential issues, plan ahead, and excel at looking at problems from every angle.
Multitasking comes naturally to you, and you handle it with ease.
You'll track project timelines, escalate any risks to deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed with updated project plans that reflect schedule changes.
You'll also perform basic web tasks like content edits and SEO, and contribute to organizing and delivering client training.
Bonus Requirements: Experience in project management, preferably in an agency environment.
Familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua or similar platforms.
Prior experience with Asana or other project management tool.
Understanding of web, hosting, and development lifecycles.
Knowledge of/or certificate in SEO and/or SEM.
Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
