Our Supply Chain Early Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is looking for an Associate Specialist to join us. This program is designed to select early talents and turn them into future leaders by providing a world-class continuous development experience. During the 2 years, you'll gain hands-on expertise in critical areas within Supply Chain Management, such as Global Trade Compliance, Demand Fulfillment, Digital Twin technology, Robotic Process Automation and Distribution & Logistics, paving the way for future leadership roles at Organon.
The position is hybrid, primarily remote; however, the candidate must be available for on-demand meetings at the São Paulo office when requested.
Responsibilities As part of our Supply Chain team, you'll ensure our inventory is optimized to meet customer demand by managing supply planning, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory control, packaging, and delivery. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to build a robust demand and supply strategy, ensuring products reach the right customers at the right time. With the integration of advanced analytics, you'll also leverage cutting-edge tools like digital twin technology and robotic process automation during your rotational assignments.
Example Job Areas: Demand Planning and FulfillmentLogistics and Trade ComplianceAdvanced data analytics and robotic process automationRequired Education, Experience and Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following: Business, Supply Chain / Logistics, Bioengineering, Engineering / Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or any related Business or Engineering field.English language proficiency.Proficient in Excel and knowledge of analytics methods (Ex: Power BI).Highly organized profile with customer focus, proactive and problem-solving mindset.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively speak with senior management.Team player that is also capable of working independently and dealing with pressure.Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
