We are looking for Audio Visual Engineer @ Curitiba/PR Corporate Evolution Building/SEC Building (Onsite) who wants to learn and transform his career. Roles & Responsibilities Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot audiovisual systems. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure successful project completion.Conduct site surveys and create technical drawings for AV installations.Perform appearance and preventive maintenance visits to conference rooms (VC connections, wires, peripherals, speakers)Zoom room installation and commissioning.Zoom webinar support.Troubleshooting of Zoom desktop client and Zoom room related issues.Basic knowledge of Lan networkHands-on experience in setting up Zoom meeting and extend demand based onsite support for VIP meetings.Collaborate with key stakeholders to guide placement of speakers, transducers, and other in exhibition sound hardware to support creative intent. Soft Skills Clear and strong customer focus and relationship Good interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility and ability to prioritize. Ability to perform in adverse situations. Proficiency in English is must with Local Language Good analytical and coordination skills are essential. Strong work ethic, combined with the ability to work independently Technical Skills Strong knowledge and Proficiency in audiovisual control system Good knowledge of Win 10, Win 11 & MS OfficeKnowledge of Mac OS is preferred.Understanding of daily operations and delivery processes Knowledge / exposure on ticketing tools (Service Now)Strong Troubleshooting SkillsExperience with audio-visual conference room/presentation equipment.Experience with live event set up, staging and production.Knowledge of Polycom and Cisco telepresence system is an additional benefit.Experience in installation and configuration of Evoko panels, Logitech tap IP, meeting room controller, DTEN etc.What can you expect from us?
