On a typical day, you will... Conduct virtual audits of US businesses Analyze financial statements and digital accounting records Interact with client personnel via video conferencing and other digital communication tools Identify and communicate potential risk areas or discrepancies Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management through online platforms Responsibilities... Plan and execute remote financial audits of US businesses in accordance with professional standards Evaluate internal control systems virtually and recommend improvements Ensure compliance with US GAAP and relevant federal and state regulations Collaborate with team members using project management and communication software to meet deadlines Stay updated on US industry trends and regulatory changes Requirements... Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field US CPA certification or actively pursuing certification Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in external auditing, preferably with US businesses Strong knowledge of US GAAP and federal/state regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Experience with remote work tools (e.g., video conferencing, cloud-based software) Non-mandatory skills... Experience in Big 4 Companies. Experience in consulting. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards. Advanced knowledge of data analytics and audit automation tools. Nonprofits and governmental entities audit experience is highly desired.
