**Responsibilities**:
- Test software systems, review and analyze documentation, specifications and understand the business requirements.
- Involved in investigating, analyzing and writing tests for reported defects.
- Implement best practices for test automation to optimize test execution efficiency.
- Contribute to test planning and strategy, collaborating with QA and development teams to define test objectives, scope, and schedules.
- Provide input on risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to automated testing.
**Qualifications**
- 3-5+ years of experience
- Knowledge of automated testing methods & frameworks
- Strong knowledge in Java 17 features, Spring, REST Services, Swagger / Open API, Resilience4j of Circuit Breaker, SSL connectivity.
- Strong experience with Test Driven development (TDD), and BDD for test automation.
- Database experience with Cassandra and PostgreSQL
- Proficiency in understanding software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., black-box testing, white-box testing, regression testing).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to details
- Proficiency in executing automated and manual test cases and accurately documenting test results.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and experience in defect identification, reporting, and tracking.
- Desirable: ISTQB Certification or other relevant certifications.
- C1/C2 English Proficiency
