NKG Stockler is proud to be Brazilian and very pleased to be a member of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe.Auxiliar de Manutenção Predial (m/f/d)In this position, you will report directly to the Area Manager.Responsibilities:Act in the technical area, checking the characteristics of the works, examining plans, models, and technical specifications;Examine plans, models, and technical specifications;Structure the composition of mixtures, cement, sands, and stones;Record repairs made and utensils replaced for control purposes;Perform the laying of bricks, tiles, masonry, and conservation materials;Build foundations, walls, pillars, fences, and similar constructions;Plaster constructed structures;Carry out corrective maintenance work on buildings, sidewalks, affected areas, and similar structures;Assemble and dismantle scaffolding for the execution of desired works;Use equipment and tools from construction sites, such as hammers, shovels, screwdrivers, welding equipment, mortar, cement, and concrete mixers;Perform various maintenance tasks, such as on walls and floors, replacing tiles, sanitary appliances, pipes, and other parts, anchoring damaged bases, among others;Follow all necessary safety procedures to ensure the integrity of oneself and others;Execute operational activities according to the procedures defined by the Occupational Safety and Health area related to the context of your work, aiming for maximum efficiency;Support maintenance and repair of electrical and hydraulic installations;Assist in the maintenance workshop by performing tasks such as cutting pieces, organizing, and cleaning the workspace;Support installations, adjustments, and repairs related to carpentry/masonry, such as maintaining locks, doors, windows, partitions, and ceilings;Care for the equipment and supplies for work, paying attention to stock volume, the need for purchase requests, generating reports related to item control;Perform other related tasks at the discretion of the immediate superior.Minimum Requirements:Completed elementary education;Desirable completed high school.What you can expect from us:Working in a multinational company committed to protecting human rights, promoting a positive work environment, supporting continued education, safeguarding information, and conducting business with integrity.A salary compatible with the position and an attractive benefits package.Please get in touch with your first point of contact:Marina Bregalda Caetano
