I am seeking a strong AVP Sales LATAM for my Series-C client who are leading the way in AD security. We are looking for a #1 on the ground leader that is capable of building out the LATAM territory and quickly building a team of around 3 AE's to grow in different LATAM territories. This Series-C vendor recently raised $125M in growth funding and has been named numerous times as one of the best Cybersecurity companies to work for in the US.. Reporting into the VP Americas. Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, risks, and competitive dynamics in the LATAM region. Develop and implement a strategic go-to-market plan aligned with the company's global objectives, focusing on rapid market entry and sustained growth. Sales Leadership and Business Development: Lead the initial sales efforts by identifying key clients and closing high-value deals. Develop a robust sales pipeline and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, local businesses, and governmental entities. Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships that can accelerate market penetration and growth across the region. Operations Setup: Oversee the establishment of local operations, including selecting office locations, managing leases, setting up IT infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Team Recruitment and Leadership: Recruit top talent to build a high-performing team across sales, marketing, operations, and customer support functions. Implement onboarding and continuous training programs to ensure the team is fully equipped to succeed in the region. Performance Management: Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for the team. Regularly review and optimize these metrics to drive outstanding results. Drive continuous improvement on sales processes, documentation and tools to ensure success for the assigned region
