Position Overview: KEO is seeking a B2B Commercial Payments Senior Sales Executive, responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing business-to-business (B2B) clients specifically within the payments industry. This role focuses on providing tailored payment solutions to meet client needs while ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships. The position requires a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1.Client Acquisition and Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients with a focus on payment solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including financial decision-makers. Develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations to address client payment needs and goals. 2.Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing optimization of payment solutions. Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional payment services. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues related to payment systems and services. 3.Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the payments industry to achieve revenue and market share objectives. Utilize CRM tools to track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline progress. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities and marketing initiatives. 4.Industry Expertise: Stay updated on trends, innovations, and regulatory changes in the payments industry. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on product development and market positioning based on client feedback and competitive analysis. 5.Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of payment solutions. Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales team members on best practices within the payments domain. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum o f 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on payments, financial services, or fintech. Experience in Banking sector a plus English B2 Experience in developing and excecuting sales strategy. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value client accounts. Closer mentality – able to prospect and close deals under tight timelines In-depth knowledge of B2B space and payment ecosystems between buyers and sellers Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding goals. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
