B2B Customer Experience Manager

Native Teams is a leading global platform that specializes in providing streamlined work payments, employment, and tax management solutions for freelancers, remote workers, and their employers.
We are expanding our global team and we're looking for a B2B Customer Experience Manager to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Location: Remote
Type: Permanent
Salary Range: 6,500 BRL - 8,000 BRL net per month.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
Maintain customer contacts to enable accurate tracking and reporting
Advise/educate clients within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions.
Provide service and support to internal and external customers via phone, video call, email, and live chat
Managing and documenting member interactions using Asana as CRM
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally one year where you have had the opportunity to engage with customers
Have a spirit for learning
Adaptable: able to work independently and collaboratively within the team and across departments, communicating complex and technical information verbally and in writing to all levels of the organization and customers
Familiarity with workflow/ticketing software (Zendesk, Asana, Front) is a plus
Excellent written and spoken English
Attention to detail
Having a strong sense of professional pride
Team player
A thirst for knowledge and professional development
Bonus: Previous SaaS or Fintech experience
Thrive in working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Value autonomy and transparency
Has a 'default to action' mentality
