Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain excellent client relationshipsMaintain customer contacts to enable accurate tracking and reportingAdvise/educate clients within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions.Provide service and support to internal and external customers via phone, video call, email, and live chatManaging and documenting member interactions using Asana as CRMOther duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally one year where you have had the opportunity to engage with customersHave a spirit for learningAdaptable: able to work independently and collaboratively within the team and across departments, communicating complex and technical information verbally and in writing to all levels of the organization and customersFamiliarity with workflow/ticketing software (Zendesk, Asana, Front) is a plusExcellent written and spoken EnglishAttention to detailHaving a strong sense of professional prideTeam playerA thirst for knowledge and professional developmentBonus: Previous SaaS or Fintech experienceThrive in working in a fast-paced collaborative environmentValue autonomy and transparencyHas a 'default to action' mentalitySelf-starter and deeply motivated to deliver
