Location: Remote Type: Permanent Salary Range: BRL 8,700.00 - BRL10,800.00 gross per month Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain excellent client relationships Maintain customer contacts to enable accurate tracking and reporting Advise/educate clients within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions.
Provide service and support to internal and external customers via phone, video call, email, and live chat Managing and documenting member interactions using Asana as CRM Other duties as assigned.
