By harnessing the power of human-like, AI-assisted conversations, Emotive.io fosters strong customer relationships, drives revenue growth, and ultimately redefines the way SMS works for companies of all sizes and e-commerce companies.Plus, our next-level deanonymization technology allows businesses to identify and convert high-intent website visitors into potential customers, providing real-time notifications and automated outreach in compliance with global laws.Job Description:As the B2B Lifecycle CRM Manager, you will be responsible for managing a fully-fledged lifecycle program that drives $2 million+ in demand for Emotive.io.This includes managing email & SMS campaigns, all AI personalization, enrichment provider integrations, maintenance of existing personalization systems, outbound campaign management, identification tools, and coordination of all things lifecycle marketing for our B2B go-to-market lifecycle demand generation program. Bottom-line: you breathe email, sms, and all lifecycle marketing; you know there are many ways to get the same result.You will also oversee all automations, lead scoring, inbound identification funnels, and domain reputation. And, being the email deliverability guru you are, you'll have a strong background in understanding how to get in the inbox.Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing program, driving substantial demandOversee email, SMS, and personalization strategies, ensuring seamless integrations with enrichment providersLead and own outbound campaign management - email and SMS primarilyMaintain and optimize existing personalization integrations across the tech stackCoordinate all lifecycle marketing activities for go-to-market programs in e-commerce B2B demand generationDevelop and manage automation-based programs, lead scoring, and inbound identification funnelsEnsure high deliverability as a practice and function of the roleCollaborate with copywriters and designers to create compelling marketing contentAbility to modify and/or create designs for all SMS and email creativeExcitement to learn and further refine the fundamentals of digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, and programmatic digital media buying operations and supporting technologyRequired Qualifications and Skills:3-5 years of direct B2B outbound lifecycle marketing experienceProficiency in tools such as Hubspot, SMS providers, Apollo.io, Clay.com, Storeleads, and other enrichment providersStrong knowledge of email deliverability and compliance with GDPR and CCPAExperience in creative production, copywriting, split testing, and editorial managementBachelor's degree requiredWorking knowledge of SalesforceWorking knowledge of RFM (recency, frequency, and monetary value) strategiesWorking knowledge of HTML email fundamentalsWorking knowledge of deliverability fundamentalsWorking knowledge of basic design tools - Photoshop encouragedExperience working with e-commerce/DTC brandsAbility to write in a brand voiceFamiliarity with SMS best practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skillsMust be a self-starter and self-motivatedStrong organizational and teamwork skills, ability to multitaskKnowledge of best practices and copywriting standardsExceptional attention to detailFamiliarity with Google SuitesBachelor's degree or related field of experienceData Entry and other ad-hoc reporting tasksExcellent attention to detailPreferred Qualifications and Skills:Master's degree or an additional 3-4 years of experience within digital marketingExperience with light HTML, on-site tracking scripts, and SalesforceHubspot Certified or similar ESP certification preferredLight proficiency in the following design programs: Photoshop and FigmaThe Emotive Story At Emotive, our vision is an internet that is more human.
