This includes fine-tuning content, subject lines, and preview text to improve open rates and engagement.
You'll follow strict brand guidelines, leveraging your expertise in email optimization while collaborating with our design team (no graphic design required).

We offer comprehensive in-house training to help you succeed.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage personalized email marketing campaigns through KlaviyoHandle multiple email accounts, ensuring seamless and strategic managementOptimize subject lines, preview text, and content for improved open rates and engagementEnsure strict adherence to brand guidelines, including fonts, colors, and messagingCollaborate with our design team for graphics (no graphic creation required)Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for higher conversionsStay up to date on AI trends and adapt email strategies accordinglyEnsure accurate integration with BigCommerce and maintain smooth data syncingBe readily accessible and responsive during working hours in our virtual environmentPossibility for future involvement in social media management, though currently separateQualifications:Proven experience in email marketing, particularly with KlaviyoStrong understanding of email optimization and North American best practicesAbility to strategically manage several email accounts at onceFamiliarity with BigCommerce or similar eCommerce platformsExcellent attention to detail and strict adherence to brand guidelinesStrong work ethic, commitment to set hours, and ability to work in a virtual team environmentExceptional references demonstrating a track record of successStrong analytical skills for interpreting campaign data and making data-driven decisionsUnderstanding of email marketing regulations (CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.
