We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Email Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time.
Role Overview:
As the B2B Email Marketing Specialist, you will manage and optimize email campaigns using Klaviyo to engage and convert our audience.
This includes fine-tuning content, subject lines, and preview text to improve open rates and engagement.
You'll follow strict brand guidelines, leveraging your expertise in email optimization while collaborating with our design team (no graphic design required).
The ideal candidate is organized, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
This is a full-time, dedicated role with set working hours.
You must be readily available during your shift and committed to working solely with our company.
We use Time Doctor to track work hours for our international team.
We offer comprehensive in-house training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage personalized email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo
Handle multiple email accounts, ensuring seamless and strategic management
Optimize subject lines, preview text, and content for improved open rates and engagement
Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, including fonts, colors, and messaging
Collaborate with our design team for graphics (no graphic creation required)
Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for higher conversions
Stay up to date on AI trends and adapt email strategies accordingly
Ensure accurate integration with BigCommerce and maintain smooth data syncing
Be readily accessible and responsive during working hours in our virtual environment
Possibility for future involvement in social media management, though currently separate
Qualifications:
Proven experience in email marketing, particularly with Klaviyo
Strong understanding of email optimization and North American best practices
Ability to strategically manage several email accounts at once
Familiarity with BigCommerce or similar eCommerce platforms
Excellent attention to detail and strict adherence to brand guidelines
Strong work ethic, commitment to set hours, and ability to work in a virtual team environment
Exceptional references demonstrating a track record of success
Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign data and making data-driven decisions
Understanding of email marketing regulations (CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.
)
Familiarity with AI trends and adapting strategies to leverage new tools
Process-oriented, with the ability to follow established workflows and procedures
Interest in potential expansion into social media management in the future
