B2B Newsletter Editor & Social Media Manager

Who We Are: Evolution Virtual helps real estate companies market more effectively. Our client is a large, respected shopping center owner in the US with a $1Bn+ real estate portfolio. Job Description: We are looking for a senior B2B content editor who also has some experience in content dissemination through many social media and other channels. Understand the company's objectives in shopping center acquisitions, financing, leasing, etc. and create a communications strategy to support those objectives. Included in the communications strategy are messaging and efforts to build the follower base of the company to become a trusted, respected voice of industry insight and wisdom. Work with senior management to create an editorial calendar based on the communications strategy Write or find writers for the pieces; Edit material to have a consistent voice and message. Manage designers to design needed elements Distribute content across newsletters, social media platforms and other communications channels Track responses and refine editorial calendar based on feedback and response rates Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, , etc.), keeping them fresh and exciting with relevant news and posts. Job Requirements English Fluency, both spoken and written. All writing, editing and communications will be in English Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, or communications or a related discipline At least six years' experience writing, editing, and curating newsletters, blogs, social media accounts or other products with a distinct audience focus Experience creating B2B long-form communications (newsletters, blogs, etc.) a plus Strong analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to flex to different writing styles A keen eye for detail and a commitment to flawless execution Demonstrated organizational and business savvy, with a proven ability to interact and influence at all levels Highly collaborative and a self-starter Position & Salary This will be a full-time contractor position. You will work directly for the shopping center company. Salary: US$10-US$25/hour depending on experience.
