Responsibilities:

- Demonstrates ability to effectively workin collaboration with a team to achieve objectives in a participative management style;
- Demonstrates ability to produce desired results by leveraging resources, maintaining tough expense control, managing merchandise effectively, and defining and communicating clear expectations;
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success;
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs;
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English;Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive;Hands
- On experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience;Knowledge of CRM software;Understanding of sales performance metrics;Excellent communication and negotiation skills;An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time;Business acumen with a problem
