Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's presence in the Latin American market, focusing on key regions such as Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other key partners within the region.
Lead efforts in identifying and securing new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth.
Actively promote OTM Holidays' portfolio of services and travel packages, including inbound travel to GCC, North Africa, China, and beyond.
Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new travel opportunities in the Latin American market.
Develop customized proposals, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to meet client needs and company objectives.
Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and report sales activities to upper management.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and services.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to partners and clients.
Qualifications and Skills: Proven track record of successful sales and business development in Latin America, particularly in Brazil.
Strong network of contacts within the Latin American travel industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
Results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work independently and manage a remote-based sales operation.
Experience working in a B2B environment is highly desirable.
Flexibility to travel as needed across Latin America and internationally.
