We're looking for an experienced Back-end Team Lead with extensive experience in Node.js to join our development team in Lisbon, Portugal . You will lead the development of a new feature for one of our biggest high-load products and be responsible for managing a cross-functional team of 6 people. You will work closely with the global architecture team and deliver both backend and frontend solutions. ? Responsibilities as Team Lead: ?? Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes; ?? Hiring and training technical personnel; ??
