Backend Development Lead For Ai Language App

We're looking for a passionate and seasoned  Backend Development Lead.
Responsibilities: You'll oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the backend infrastructure for our Teacher AI mobile and web app.
This role will involve managing a team of backend developers in Brazil, ensuring that systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, our product manager, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Qualifications: Expertise in  NodeJS ,  NestJS ,  Object Orientation , and  TypeScript .
Strong experience in both synchronous and asynchronous system integration.
A solid foundation in  GitHub  and cloud environments like  AWS  or  GCP .
Knowledge of messaging platforms like  Apache Kafka .
Experience in creating scalable  white-label software  solutions.
A passion for languages and a drive to make language learning more accessible and exciting.
