Your Role: Build and scale backend systems for a fintech SaaS platform, focusing on low-latency, high-reliability, and scalability.
Write clean, production-quality code in Golang to support mission-critical services.
Work on APIs (REST, WebSocket, gRPC) and databases (SQL/NoSQL) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Own cloud infrastructure (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployments and system performance.
Collaborate with a small, experienced team to deliver features quickly and efficiently.
Solve challenging problems in a fast-paced environment, balancing hands-on coding with high-level design.
You Bring: 6+ years of software development experience with at least 4 years of hands-on Golang experience.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience building APIs and working with databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Comfortable taking ownership, working autonomously, and delivering results in a remote-first setup.
Bonus points: Previous experience in fintech or trading systems, particularly in building low-latency platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Terraform, GitLab, or similar DevOps practices.
Experience working in startup environments or with US-based companies.
Knowledge of security best practices for handling sensitive data.
Exposure to frontend development with modern frameworks like React.
