End User and Customer Support: Provide support to end users and merchants regarding transaction-related inquiries or issues.?? Transaction Monitoring: Monitor transactions for any suspicious activity or anomalies that could indicate fraud.?? Data Analysis: Analyze transaction data to identify trends, patterns, or issues that may require attention.?? Chargeback Dispute: Manage and resolve chargeback disputes by investigating claims, gathering necessary documentation, and communicating with relevant parties to ensure fair resolutions.?? Reporting: Generate and prepare reports on transaction activities, trends, and compliance metrics for management and regulatory purposes.??
