We are looking for a self-motivated Backoffice Lead to join our multinational team.
The main objective is to add value to our customer experience.
**What you will be doing**:
- Understand the payment flow.
- Follow up on the tasks performed within the area.
- Propose new ideas in search of improvements to the processes already installed to reduce manual processes.
- Encourage a good atmosphere inside and outside the team.
- Give feedback when necessary, monthly and semi-annually to agents.
**Requirements**:
- High level of analytical skills.
- Team player
- Ability to problem solve
- Knowledge of tools such as Excel, and looker.
- Time availability in case of eventualities
- Experience in project leadership.
- English is a must
- Spanish is a plus.
