Team Lead Recruiting and Employee Relations Providing HR support for and advising the Managers and employees in the assigned area throughout the employee life-cycle, if required in coordination with the Manager.Supervising the assigned area with respect to the HR planning process and deriving staffing requirements (in terms of both quantity and quality) in coordination with the Manager.Taking care of recruiting, from the job description to selecting applicants and holding interviews to deciding who to appoint together with the technical department.Planning and implementing HR measures and organizational changes while taking into account the requirements relating to statutory legislation, collective agreements, employment contracts and HR in coordination with the Manager.Taking disciplinary action on a case-by-case basis, from holding employee discussions to laying off staff.We look forward to receiving your application.
