Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled leader to manage a team that delivers functional and technical expertise in CRM (Customer Relationship Management), PXM (Product Experience Management), and DAM (Digital Asset Management).
This role encompasses the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of our Global Applications portfolio for business users.
You will drive ITIL Service Delivery processes, oversee continuous improvement initiatives, and play key roles in deployment and service introduction projects.
As a manager of two direct reports, you will foster a high-performance collaborative environment.
This position requires global oversight and remote management, facilitating coordination and communication across multiple Mars DT internal teams and divisions.
You will also engage with business users to ensure the effective delivery of core product and service requests within the CRM, PXM, and DAM domains.
What are we looking for?
IT Background
ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, and Scrum certifications will be a plus
CRM/PXM/DAM function knowledge is preferred within an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
5-7 Years of experience preferred in service management
Agile and DevOps experience will be a plus
Capable and Flexible to develop IT Knowledge and Leadership
Architecture and Functional knowledge in CRM/PXM area
Demonstrate Line Management Experience and Capability
Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment and manage multiple activities and priorities
Financial and Budget management experience
What will be your key responsibilities?
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)/PXM (Product Experience Management)/DAM (Data Asset Management) Product Management overall accountability, including lifecycle management for services and products
Support, Influence, and contribute with Leadership to define a strategy for IT Solutions, in line with operational excellence strategies and Transformational programs and business capabilities strategies
Maintain awareness of industry directions for products and services in the CRM/PXM areas to define new, cost-effective solutions or optimally evolve existing solutions.
Service management with 3rd Party vendors based on role model operational excellence, with overall accountability on the metrics for service (SLAs, Availability, performance, etc)
Accountable for regular status updates to stakeholders on progress for all demands raised by Business
Development management with 3rd Party vendors based on role model development excellence, with overall accountability on metrics for development
Escalation point for any business demands, working with his team and Business stakeholders to address, engaging all resources needed to solve this demand
Sustain the user community and develop the key users, functional experts and product owners network.
Engage and collaborate with other teams when needed (for example: Platform, Database, Security, Processing, Deployment, Development, other BCF towers in BDS, etc.)

Collaborate with projects according to Mars DT signature processes, including assigning and facilitating Product BDS Co-Pilot for programmes and projects
Budget management for all product areas and functions.
Line Management of a team, with coaching and development as well responsible to assure resources knowledge on Mars business processes and development/projects techniques and methodologies
Role model agile behaviours & methods with customers and peers
High level of Customer satisfaction accountability
Ensure a succession plan with the team
