Learn more about it here.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Benefits Intern to our Benefits, Wellbeing & Global Mobility team in São Paulo!The Benefits, Wellbeing & Global Mobility team mission is to align with the best practices in the market to support and provide tools to all Wellhubbers and their families.
The main goal is to ensure they have the best experience throughout their journey with Wellhub, enabling them to balance their professional and personal lives with health, confidence, autonomy, transparency, and responsibility.YOUR IMPACTTrack and manage visa processes for various countries, such as Mexico, Spain, the United Kingdom, Portugal, and green card processes for the U.S.Develop and update flowcharts and procedures for visa and green card processes.Manage payments to Global Mobility vendors, including purchase order (PO) requests and budget control.Administer international remote work requests, ensuring compliance and deadlines.Organize and deliver required documentation for obtaining work authorizations.Provide support in managing and renewing contracts with global vendors.Open internal tickets and mediate communication with internal and external legal departments.Assist with health and wellbeing initiatives, including vaccination campaigns and specific programs.Coordinate with vendors to manage administrative processes effectively.Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.WHO YOU AREExcellent oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.Analytical and organized profile, with the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.Keen interest in continuous learning and the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new knowledge.Strong ability to interpret, summarize, and synthesize complex information clearly and objectively.Proactivity and interest in developing solutions and improving processes.We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
