We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team. This role involves providing support for technical issues and tasks of medium complexity. As an IT Support Technician , you will be responsible for assisting with both onsite and remote technical support, managing hardware, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations. General Handles medium complexity tasks and technical issues. Will have some specific technical specializations such as Windows and/or Mac. User-facing role. Can staff the IT Bar with relevant experience and soft skills. Monitor queue(s), assisting with tickets both onsite and remote. Roles & Responsibilities Able to handle all the basic core roles and responsibilities for onsite engineer. Able to handle complex issues: Hardware failures Software errors Virus infections System crashes Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity for client devices Performs admin, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and break-fix activities as standard. Use diagnostic tools and methods to troubleshoot or repair the faulty component or system. Help manage inventory/buffer stock ensuring timely shipping of hardware. Image hardware if necessary. Re-stock Smart Lockers where applicable. Ability to assist in ticket queue(s), pulling tickets to work/solve without prompting. Key Skills Technical skills. In-depth knowledge of Windows and/or Mac. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required. Soft skills: General to excellent customer service skills. Certifications: Minimum A+ or equivalent IT certification. Experience 2 to 4 years' experience in this field.
