We are searching for the best talent for BIDS Supervisor to be in São Paulo (hybrid work).
Purpose: BIDS Supervisor reports to the Commercial Excellence Sr.
Manager.
This position has as its main responsibilities the management of the processes and people of the area of Bids, ensuring strategic performance, connection with other areas of the company and continuous improvement of processes.
Major tasks and responsibilities: * Ensure participation in the bidding processes, in accordance with the Company's commercial policy guidelines and local legislation.
* Potentialize the areas of opportunity of the Public Channel, through advisory and strategic analysis.
* Mapping opportunity for improvements in general area processes.
* Conduct of auditing processes - Public clients.
* Conduct internal and external training.
* Review of internal policies and procedures.
* Internal/External partners: - Finance, Business Units, Access, IT, Supply, PSP, CLS, TPI's, Sales Excellence (S&OP, Sell-Out, Sell-In, Commercial KAMs).
* Bachelor's Degree Completed * Understanding of bids process * Understanding of public market dynamics * Fluent in English * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
