CALL CENTER DESK ATTENDANTWork Schedule:6 hours per day, with flexibility to meet business needs.As a Call Center Desk Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, working on-site at our office while handling customer interactions remotely. With a strong commitment to quality service, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries efficiently and courteously.Responsibilities:Handle customer calls, providing prompt support and solutions to their inquiries and issues.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the call center management system.Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to resolve more complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.Participate in training and feedback sessions to continuously improve your customer service skills.Ensure that all interactions comply with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting excellence in customer service.Requirements:Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customers in a friendly and efficient manner.Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, remaining calm in challenging situations.Basic knowledge of call center management systems and recording tools.Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in English is mandatory; We value inclusion and diversity in our workplace.
