Bilingual English Educator (Freelance)

Bilingual English Educator for Children's Immersion Program (Freelance) We are looking for a dynamic and fluent English-speaking educator (native or bilingual) to join our immersion project with 10-year-old children. The educator will be responsible for creating educational experiences through various activities, all conducted in English. Job Description: The educator will guide a small group of children in immersive and dynamic activities, using English as the primary language. The goal is to promote a light and intuitive learning experience, allowing children to express themselves in English while participating in playful and educational actions. Responsibilities: Plan and develop pedagogical activities suitable for the children's age group. Guide the construction of knowledge, welcoming and supporting the students in their development. Continuously evaluate the children's performance, adjusting strategies as needed. Prepare educational materials and organize the work environment. Be a role model, providing security, affection, and encouraging the natural use of English. Meet the individual needs of the children, respecting their uniqueness and taking care of their belongings. Desired Profile: Higher education, either ongoing or completed. Education in fields related to childhood education (Pedagogy, Languages, Arts, among others). Experience teaching English to children or in children's learning environments. Fluency in English (native or bilingual) with skills to lead engaging activities. Creativity, patience, organization, versatility, self-control, and observational skills. Be in good physical and mental health; non-smoker. No criminal record. Contract Details: Type: Freelance. Location: São Paulo - Pinheiros. Duration and Weekly Hours: 20 hours per week. Salary: Attractive + Full scholarship for French or Spanish language courses.
