Our opportunity: We are looking for a Bilingual Team Leader (Sales/Digital Marketing). To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements: Advanced English Undergraduate cursing or graduate Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and reports Experience in Team Management, Digital Marketing, Sales or Contact Centers Experience with reporting, reading and interpreting data Results orientation to improve sales performance Excellent customer service skills Familiarity with management projects The main activities for this role are: Manage daily operations – ensuring consistent quality and productivity across all channels (calls, emails, chat, etc.) to deliver maximum value for advertisers. Boost the performance of your sales teams. Ensure consistent performance against relevant service level metrics or revenue/funnel goals. Manage performance to continuously achieve KPIs. Identify and develop talent, lead, motivate and train direct reports in order to establish and develop an effective sales team. Identify training needs and support program development. Ensure that the quarterly strategy, as well as monthly and weekly priorities, are understood and adhered to by agents.
