About usSend this to a friendJobBrasil, Rio De JaneiroJobBilling and Collections Analyst - Brazil Brasil, Rio De Janeiro – Full time – Apply before 11.01.25What are we looking for?We are looking for a Billing and Collection Analyst for Brazil, reporting to the Brazil Finance Manager.What challenges await you?Manage the billing and collection processes within BrazilCompute, check and review the invoices and credit notesEnsure that invoices comply with local tax regulationsDetect, report and remediate revenue leakageIdentify and report problems with a sense of urgency, partnering with the business to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.Request billing from the various providers and intercompany colleaguesAssist in continuous improvement effortsCreate templates and upload invoices as required by each customerUpdate and track the status of invoices.Interact directly with customers, both external and internal, to resolve issues and drive cash collectionsCoordinate activities with Brazilian Commercial TeamsReport, on a monthly basis, the revenues per customers and per products to the CFO and Commercial Intelligence teamGenerate documentation regarding local billing rules in BrazilWhat do we expect from you?Be a professional with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.Have advanced knowledge of Excel and experience in process improvement and automation in control implementation.Work with best practices to maximize area performance.Have 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positionsFluent in English and Portuguese#J-18808-Ljbffr
