Job Billing and Collections Analyst - Brazil Brasil, Rio De Janeiro – Full time – Apply before 11.01.25
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Billing and Collection Analyst for Brazil, reporting to the Brazil Finance Manager.
What challenges await you?

Manage the billing and collection processes within Brazil
Compute, check and review the invoices and credit notes
Ensure that invoices comply with local tax regulations
Detect, report and remediate revenue leakage
Identify and report problems with a sense of urgency, partnering with the business to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Request billing from the various providers and intercompany colleagues
Assist in continuous improvement efforts
Create templates and upload invoices as required by each customer
Update and track the status of invoices.
Interact directly with customers, both external and internal, to resolve issues and drive cash collections
Coordinate activities with Brazilian Commercial Teams
Report, on a monthly basis, the revenues per customers and per products to the CFO and Commercial Intelligence team
Generate documentation regarding local billing rules in Brazil

What do we expect from you?

Be a professional with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Have advanced knowledge of Excel and experience in process improvement and automation in control implementation.
Work with best practices to maximize area performance.
Have 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions
Fluent in English and Portuguese
