Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in BIM modeling with exposure to US and Canada-based projects.
Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
Technical Skills:
Strong ability in 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
Experience with point cloud conversion and integration into BIM models.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for BIM.
Good understanding of architectural and engineering concepts.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience with additional BIM software or tools is a plus.
Knowledge of US and Canadian building codes and standards.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Immediate joiner preferred.
