**Your impact**:
- You'll help to oversee the full scope of the company's labour and employment decisions in several jurisdictions as part of our global strategy.
- You'll work closely defining the company's global mobility strategy.
- You'll work closely with other teams alongside with other lawyers to collaboratively address specific legal and employment challenges jointly with the global corporate team.
**Who you are**:
- Effective team-working skills.
- Prior experience in any of the areas: labour, employment, labour dispute resolution and corporate (the more the merrier).
- Satisfactorily concluded a degree in law.
- Having worked as a lawyer for at least two years in sectors related to labour law and corporate law.
- Responsible for your deadlines, able to work with little supervision and tech savvy.
- Have a strong global strategy, being able to coordinate within several jurisdictions.
- Comfortable working remotely (since COVID-19, Bitso became a fully-remote company, so a quiet and comfortable place to work at home is highly recommended).
- Great drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Organized and attentive to follow the team's procedures.
- Advanced/Fluent in English (90% or above) as Bitso's official language is English, native in Spanish or Portugueese.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
