Location: Remote (time zones from Pacific Time to Western Europe)Position Type: Full-Time (Contractor | PJ)Overview: At BotCity, we are revolutionizing the future of automation with our cutting-edge Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform. Our growing partner ecosystem is crucial to achieving our mission. We are looking for a dedicated Head of Global Partnerships to manage and grow this network, ensuring mutual success and growth for both BotCity and our partners.Responsibilities:Ecosystem Development & Management:Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners that can enhance the value of BotCity's RPA platform.Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with our partners, understanding their business goals and aligning them with BotCity's strategic objectives.Ensure partners are updated and trained on BotCity's latest product offerings and capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to maximize partner contributions and ensure alignment with BotCity's strategies.Design and implement go-to-market strategies with partners, driving revenue growth and expanding BotCity's market reach.Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, ensuring partners meet predefined KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed.Address any potential issues or concerns within the partnership proactively, ensuring smooth collaboration.Training & Enablement:Develop and deliver training sessions, tools, and resources for partners to improve their knowledge and capabilities with BotCity's RPA platform.Provide partners with the necessary support, ensuring they can effectively promote and implement BotCity's solutions.Feedback Loop:Gather feedback from partners and relay it to the relevant teams within BotCity, fostering product and service improvements.Update partners on any changes or enhancements made to the platform, ensuring they're always equipped with the latest information.QualificationsMust have:Fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.+5 years of experience in partner or alliance management, preferably in the RPA or technology sector.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Track record on partnership management and growth.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Nice to have:Proficiency in partner relationship management tools and CRM systems (Hubspot).Solid understanding of RPA technology and the broader automation landscape.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Masters or MBA in technology field is a recommended.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Stock Options.Offices in San Francisco, Lisbon and Sao Paulo.Remote work with opportunities for international traveling for events and new partnerships.Opportunity to work with a dynamic, innovative team.BotCity is an equal opportunity employer.
