**Duties**:

- Creating posts, advisor features and highlights, and growing the brand on social media
- Conduct use case video demonstrations and provide information to customers
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Create a positive brand image by effectively communicating key messages
- Utilize social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engage with online audience
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns

**Skills**:

- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers
- Have an existing social media following and experience in all social media platforms
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
- Previous experience in education/learning or travel/liesure startups a plus
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate key messages
- Ability to stigmatise brand image through positive interactions
- Familiarity with event marketing strategies is preferred
- Strong customer service skills to address inquiries or concerns

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: R$2,500.00 per month
