You will have the chance to lead the giant and #1 brand of OTC in Brazil playing in 2 segments: body pain & headache.
You will also manage an incredible team of 3 person passionate about brand's growth and its development being very action oriented.
Dorflex has the purpose to champions Brazilians to progress in health not in pain and this is the heart of all strategy.
As Brand Lead you will need to:
**Main responsibilities**
- Be responsible for brand strategy & business growth working in partnership with local, regional & global team - Dorflex Body Pain, Dorflex UNO, Dorflex Icyhot;
- Responsible for market & brand forecast along with A&P management with clear recommendations for improvements;
- Refine & implement Social Cause activation with clear KPIs & measures;
- Implement sustainability strategy aligned with global vision and local opportunities;
- Manage War Scenario: keep on track highly competitive scenario through a dedicated structure & fast action plans;
- Manage brand profitability improvement working with finance & innovation team;
- Implement consumer centric changes in brand visual system (packaging, comms, POS)
- Work in a collaborative & strong partnership with multifunctional team in all levels (local, regional, global)
**Managers**
- Promote the culture of Ethics and Business Integrity in your team by serving as a role model by ensuring appropriate knowledge and adherence to the principles of ethics and integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.
- Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies in relation to the team it manages, which includes the Road Safety Program (Road Safety) with the purpose of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting the well-being of employees and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of their work activities.

About you
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as Brand Manager in FMCG industry.
**Soft skills**:
- Strategic thinking & analytical skills; ownership, focus on results; communication skills; strong relationship & stakeholders management/influence, strategic thinking, flexibility, leadership skills;
**Technical skills**:
- Experience in marketing/ trade marketing
- Experience in marketing campaign (including digital/ social media)
- Brand Strategy and P&L Management
- **Languages**: Fluent in English
