- You will be responsible for defining the Brand strategy for Shopee with the goal to grow our Brand recognition nationally and to improve communications on all channels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define national Brand strategy, which will include defining Brand position/vision and main key selling propositions for mid
- and long term
- Coordinate Offlinne campaign by controlling production timelines and deliverables, defining a media plan and aligning the Digital plan to support flights.
- Improve communications on all channels by adapting style guides and brand guidelines to the brazillian context.
- Develop new communication materials for all channels together with the Design and Regional team.
- Support Performance and Design team with campaigns messages on a weekly basis
- Track the development of Shopee Brand awareness; suggest and implement measures to ensure continuous growth
- Manage and support our third party stakeholders such as agencies and production houses
- As a leader you will focus a lot on team development

- Strong communication skills in English
- Relevant experience in Brand and Communications management
- Previous experience in developing Brand campaigns for Tech companies a plus
- Creative and proactive in updating trends and knowledge in social media influencers and social networking
- Proven experience in managing production houses
- Broad knowledge of media channels
